If you could please fill out a quick survey about the summer reading challenge, that would be great! Here are a few tips:

• If you need to take a break for any reason, any answers you've already typed in will be saved.

• Only fill out the survey if you have received your prizes. If you haven't gotten them yet, wait until you receive them.
